Interim management

Staff  from Progress-PME regularly take on management positions on an interim basis. Our people have knowledge and experience in various fields, enabling them to work in both operational (production, QC, logistics, etc.) and support environments (engineering, R&D, QA, etc.). The manager’s tasks totally reflect the client’s needs. We can just ‘look after the shop’, or reorganise a department to efficiently and effectively achieve company and department goals.

Our interim managers are expert discussion partners for the existing management team and can contribute creatively and constructively to help resolve operational problems and strategic issues. Of course, coaching and personnel development are among the standard tools of our interim managers.
